CORONA, CA -- CIRCOR Aerospace Inc., a CIRCOR International company (NYSE:CIR), has committed to growing its Maintenance, Overhaul and Repair (MRO) business by increasing dedicated factory space with an emphasis on developing MRO speed and efficiency with OEM quality and engineering.
CIRCOR Aerospace, Inc.�s certified repair station at its Corona, California facility has already increased the square footage of dedicated, exclusive space for MRO by 30% during 2015. Expansion plans for 2016 include 50% more square footage, which will result in a dramatic increase in capacity for galley/lavatory, fuel, hydraulic and pneumatic system valve operations. Housed within a 100,000 square foot OEM facility, CIRCOR�s MRO business includes in-house non-destructive testing and chemical processing. With more than 200 licensed PMA parts, CIRCOR is planning additional PMA, DER and sliver repairs and overhaul for 2016.
