CIRCOR Aerospace, Inc. (NYSE:CIR) announced today the appointment of Ryan Nelson as the Product Line Director for Landing Gear and Actuation for CIRCOR Aerospace Inc. in Corona, California. In this new and expanded role, he will report directly to CIRCOR Aerospace CA General Manager, Andrew Brandenburg.

Ryan will lead the strategic and daily management of all functions and courses of action associated with the product line. He will be focused on aligning the Landing Gear and Actuation Value Streams by employing Sales, Inventory and Operations planning (SIOP) to achieve focus, positioning and synchronization over all objectives across the organization.

Nelson joined CIRCOR Aerospace in late 2006, and has held roles as the Director of Supply Chain, Operational Excellence and Customer Support. Since joining CIRCOR, he has been a fundamental influence in improving daily operations and centering the company vision process. Prior to joining CIRCOR Aerospace, Nelson held progressive Supply Chain Management and Change Agent roles at Honeywell International. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
