Bodet Aero, a business unit of CIRCOR Aerospace and CIRCOR International, has entered into a formal agreement to acquire the assets of Ateliers de Navarre (ADN), located in Pau, France. ADN will expand the CIRCOR Aerospace Product Group’s capabilities in DC & AC motors, stator, rotor, solenoid and bobbin assembly.

“The addition of ADN will help expand CIRCOR Aerospace’s electromechanical product offerings and capabilities. It is a welcome addition to the CIRCOR Aerospace product family,” indicated Christopher Celtruda, CIRCOR Aerospace Products Group Vice President.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition is not material to CIRCOR’s financial results and is expected to be accretive to earnings upon completion of the transaction.

CIRCOR International is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts and the CIRCOR Aerospace Products group is headquartered in Corona, California. Bodet Aero is a wholly owned France-based subsidiary of the CIRCOR Aerospace Group.

The European CIRCOR Aerospace business is focused on the design, development, manufacture and repair of complex fluidic and electromechanical controls for the aerospace, defense, and rail markets.
